Taiwan High Mountain Oolong Tea

This tea is grown in the mountainous forest areas of Taiwan where it is constantly misty and there are plentiful organic substances in the soil.  The tea leaves are thick, fine and lustrous and have a high content of pectin.  Due to the optimum combination of the climate, soil and natural environment in the area, this tea has a superb quality with a refreshing fragrance and a fine texture.
